Some of the highlights for me are.

1 when he talks about using subdivisions to raise tension
2 to see the way he practices. Very slowly and with presion.
3 the way he explains practicing time.
4 rudiments and exercises to develop your hands
5 how he applies rudiments to the drums
6 reading advice

Thats the stuff I can remember but theres a lot of stuff I learn by just watching too. The way he plays the drums is something I try to mimic. Its incredible..........

Great vid in my opinion. He is  my favorite drummer because his first priority is to the music and he is so FUNKY. To see his vocabulary be used in such a natural playing conversation was really nice. Of it marks an era when music had feeling and musicians gave meaning.

That one and In Session are great. I like In Session because it shows him in a live session taking chaarge, knowing the music and delivering creative and musically solid variations to the songs with disturbance.

Wow!!! I was just watching this tape this morning. I like the way he explains how he comes up with a drumpart based on the producers suggestions. And I like his applicaton of rudiments around the kit!
