In my opinion, Peavey makes indestructible equipment.  Although their bass equipment is reliable and has good sound, it doesn't have the best tone.  I really like their power amps, and think they are underrated.  My first rig was all Peavey (used it for about 10 years); I had a cabinet like the 410tvx, a 4-C amp and a Bassist Eq.  I never had a problem with equipment.  It just didn't give me that professional tone I was looking for.  I found myself always trying to get 'everyone else's' sound.

i have a peavey 4x10 cab with a T-max head. i don't use the cab anymore since i left it out in the rain with the speakers up (it looked like 4 bowls of soup filled to the brim) but i use the T-max head with swr 2x10 and it still has the tone/sound i need. i like my tone/sound with or with the eq. it has a nice punch and the foster horn is crisp. Bassplayer mag ranked peavey 4x10 one of the top cabs in it's price range.

The cab pretty good, but don't get that head. I had it myself powering a 210 and 115 cab, it doesn't have any power. I was running it at 2 ohms supposedly at 450 watts, and it couldn't keep up. 450 watts is a lot, this head sucks, if I'm not mistaken, they don't even make this head anymore.

It depends on you. 350 is not bad, but be aware of that head.
