Hiromi Uehara...Young Japanese female jazz pianist.....wow
« on: April 12, 2007, 07:24:28 PM »
I was listening to my local Jazz radio sation and this song came up by her. She got some really tight stuff. Check out her web site at    http://www.hiromimusic.com/index.htm    check out her album media clips too. I heard a song from the latest CD she has out and I ordered it. Her drummer is really tight too. His name is Martin Valihora. This guy is off the hook. The stuff he does with Hiromi is so sick. You guys got to check it out. His website is   http://www.martinvalihora.com/bio.htm..........God Bless.

Yo! I posted something about her last week and got her album, tha beat displacements in the music is so wicked! the track 01 & 10 would be nasty intros for someones gig. here the link: http://www.learngospelmusic.com/forums/index.php/topic,41674.0.html. I was a little upset about the fact that people in this site pays attention to elementary stuff like shed videos rather than practice and to expose with stuff that will help them become featured in those videos.

it's all good i'm just glad that someone is open to other genre of music than the norm. God bless you too and pick up that album and the last release of Spiral. it's fun to pick up tips from how her drummer approaches the music.
