Does anyone know what snare "Marvellous"  Marvin Mcquitty used for his recordings With Fred Hammond on his albums.

Try snare(s) - this is from urban legend.  He used multiple snares in the studio...  To answer your question, I don't think that he has a published listing - even in the liner notes.

i know he uses the steve jordan signature on fred hammond live in chicago and i know he uses dave weckl's signature in the studio too

I know one of the snares he used was an Innovation 5x12.
