From NY
Brooklyn
Buth Heyward (the MASTER)
Melvin Crispell
James Hall
Eld. Quinten White
David Bratton
David Frazier
Queens, NY
Stanley Brown
Willard Meeks
Jimmy Blackwell Jr
Bishop Sam Bacon
Mike Joseph
Leroy Joseph
Ohters in NY are Bishop Eric McDaniel, Eld.Frank Anthone White, Arcell Vickers, Julian Varner, Stanley Luke Jr. there are so many more and last but certainly not least by any means LEON BRYANT.
Leon was a child prodigy and was playing for commercials in his teens. Made 2 R+B albums in the 1980's and every now and then he still shows up at his old church(Evangelistic Church of christ Bishop Lymus Johnson-Pastor). This brother could make an organ talk and he was famous for playing the organ backwards! Thats right i said BACKWARDS! I saw it for my self! If you speak to any old cats from the 1970's everybody knew Leon. He also played for Rev. Ike during that time when Rev Ike was really famous! Leon traveled all over the counrty with hm. Leon is great! [/b]
