Ferrente, love your post to Everyday is a day of Thanksgiving.  I've been asked to play this song for an upcoming musicical, I would love to have the chords to the verse.

Hello All!!!  I am STRUGGLING with "I Prayed About It" by Dorothy Norwood.  I am classically trained, I read sheet music very well, but I am just learning to play by ear, which has been a struggle within itself......  I have searched high and low for sheet music for this song, but I haven't found it yet.  I do have a bit of this picked out  --  I have the melody, I have some of the chords, and I have the section which goes to the hymn "What a Friend We have in Jesus" but I need help and I am running out of time - I need this ASAP for a January 2013 engagement.  I am working this in the key of B flat, but I will take it in any key I can get it.  PLEASE....SOMEBODY HELP!!!

Does anybody know the chords for Higher Higher by the Soul Children of Chicago? It's a very simple Jamaican song, trust me it sounds easy when you listen to it but for some reason I can't find the same repetitive chords.Help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

« Reply #338 on: September 23, 2013, 08:26:14 PM »
I have been asked to sing and play this song for our church's anniversary in Oct. The problem is I don't know how to play it. I have listened to it several times on "Youtube", but I still haven't figure out the key or the chords.

The 'Youtube' version I am referring to is sung by Marvin Williams. I 'LOVE' that old gospel style. Is there anyone out there in 'Piano Land' that can assist me with this song?

I really need help. October is fast upon us.

The song is: Youtube, "I'll Tell It Where Ever I Go" sung by Marvin Williams
