I was wondering if putting flat-round strings on a fretted five string is a good idea. I am using an Ibanez BTB455QM as my main axe. I have used flat-round on my old Fender four string p-bass. The sound is so sweet and smooth.
It all most sounds like an up-right, almost. What do you’ll thank?
