It's called "He Had A Hat" by Jeff Lorber... I got the CD off of iTunes but you can pick it up anywhere...

It is crazy. There are SO many licks to get off of there.. and in the June 2007 issue of Keyboard Magazine they have 4 solos from Jeff Lorber that are right off of the CD... Here is the link to the solo for some licks.. http://www.keyboardmag.com/story.asp?storycode=18413
