Choir President....now what?

Okay, so I got asked by the pastor to be Youth Choir president. I was like sure no problem. Now I have been president of other organizations, but i'm sort of unsure what exactly I'm supposed to do. I haven't had a chance to sit down and officially speak to the pastor about it, but I wanted to get some of y'alls ideas on what some of my duties include...

Welllll you should have asked da passa along with the M.O.M. what is expeceted of you, your duties etc.

Some duties may include but are not limited to:

Delegate responsibilities to the officers and choir members
Supervise functioning of the choir
Assist the MOM with any administrative work
Act as liaison between choir members and MOM
Conduct choir business, etc.

I'd say run the "business" of the Choir like any other organization would with meetings, ice breakers (of course coordinate with the M.o.M and the Pastor).
