Are you talking bout the one on his album "Again"?  If you are, then that's one of my favorite songs.  I hate to tell ya, but it's not in E major, it's in F#/Gb major.  I meant to chord this song out a long time ago, but I forgot bout it.  I may go back and post the chords after all.
