aight my list...

GOSPEL
Grand Prize....Ladell Abrams(John P Kee. 1st God Of Mercy)
Calvin Rogers(John P. Kee,Bishop Trotter)
Chris Coleman...Georgia Boy!(Isreal New Breed)
Robert Seawright(kim burell,TONEX)
SPANKY!(Tye Tribett & G.A.)

Tony Royster Jr.....another Georgia Boy!...u know u know'm not even 20yrs old..made a DVD wit Dennis chambers at the age of 14....we gotta get this brother on a Gospel track...i know it would be madness 8O !!!!

Thomas Lang....oh my!...this white boy is SICK,i'm trying to get my right   foot up to speed wit his left....i can't believe nobody's mentioned him,he has a great instructional DVD especially if ur're lookin to up ur footwork.

Akiro Jimbo....Independence Personified.....i think he has a brain for each of his lims

David Weckl...no explanation needed

Brian Frasier....check him on on Usher's My Way DVD its a couple of years old but well worth!!!

havin a brain freeze...theres far too many to name, one more that u guys probably havent heard about but he's sick wit it....and from my hometown Waycross, GA

Jorrel "J-Fly" Flynn...Georgia Boy!!,u can catch him on Sunday mornings @ Word in Action Ministries Atlanta, GA Pastor Wiley Jackson. but he's played with several artist outside of the Gospel industry,Kelly Price jus to name one....his style is like butta!...i model my playing after him,wit my own flare of course. but his pocket is SOOO mean!theres nothing like seeing someone develope into what he has,GOD has trully blessed, ....check out his website www.beats4you.com

WHATS UP YALLL, WELL YALL KNOW I HAVE NUTTIN BUT THE BEST PLAYA TO ME MY DRUMMER IS CARLDARIO AND MY ORGANIST IS JAMAR AND MY PIANTIST IS GARY I NEED ALL OF THEM CAUSE WHEN IM SINGING I NEED THEM TO BE ON POINT FOR REAL BUT I PLAY FOR OTHER PEOPLE WHEN THEY SING AND I PLAY FOR DA CHURCH BUT IM ONE OF DA BEST TO NOT TO TOOT MY OWN HORN BUT....TOOT TOOT LOL

This is all you need for a gospel band:

Organ- Steve Ford (played and produced almost everybody)

Piano- Zak Williams (anybody remember wilmington-chester mass? also
                               his band for 1Akord is BLAZZIN!!)

Drums- Richard Alexander (the best kept secret)

Bass- Andre Alexander (one of the best bass players on the east coast
                                    that no heard off)

Lead Guitar- Johnathan DuBose (the best ever in gospel)

2nd Guitar- Spencer Alexander ( the gospel version of Hendrix. 4REAL)

Sax- Donald Hayes (plays from the heart and you can hear it in his music)

Sorry ya'll I meant to say Reggie Young but Reggie Parker is hot too (Hezekiah Walker). Ya'll remember Jesus Is My Help and How Much We Can Bear.

Be on the lookout for this young cat named Ronald Bruner from L.A. I went   to a Kenny Garrett concert awhile ago and this dude was on drums. I have to say that was one of the most exhilarating and imaginative performances on drums I've ever seen, and I've seen some the greatest drummers of our time play. I think Ronald Bruner also appeared on Marcus Miller's new album.

Here's a few other fantastic drummers who's names I didn't see that are definitely worth studying.
