Really simple....We overeat. Plus we eat the wrong things....LAY OFF OF THE FASTFOOD...to those of u that say's it's not that easy...If I can do it, you can also. GET A BAG OF FROZEN CHICKEN BREAST AND COOK THOSE FOR THE WEEK. As of around 1-4-08, i don't eat fastfoods, AT ALL. I try to go to the gym at least three times a week and do cardio work. I'm 5'10, 300lbs, BUT WITH THAT, I also play semi-pro football...if not for that, I would get down to a lower weight...If you want to see ur kids and family, you have to take better care of ur bodies.
