1.Ramen Noodles / Chicken or Shrimp

2. Chesters Cheetos Hot Pop Corn. Killing Hot Cheetos by far.

3. Chinese General Chicken. 8)

4. Everfresh Fruit Punch/ Calypso / Arizona Fruit Punch

5. Edwards Key Lime Pies.... MMMM

6. Green Apples

7. Dairy Queen Cheese Burgers are on point.. :D Also the Nerd Blizzards are too. :D

If I am not mistaken Jay's Potato Chip Company went outta business. Though they still seem to be puttin out chips.

Another key to losing weight is watching your salt intake.  I have been seriously watching my salt intake along with what I eat, and it has made a world of difference.  I don't know how much I've lost, but I'm getting into jeans I haven't been able to wear in a year or two.  There are some snacks I am seriously missing.

Dude if you only knew...salt has been my weakness since I was a little boy. I'm surprised that I don't have high blood pressure or something. It's gotten better as I get older, but man I'm nuts about salty stuff.....like chips.

2.  Mickey D Double Quarter Pounder combo(yeah i said it)

3.  Cookies and Creme Ice Cream :o :o

4 Hill Side Farms' Neopolitan Ice Cream(3 split flavors)

5. My homemade grill cheese sammiches(i cant be stopped lol)

6. 2x 10 piece Chicken Nuggets from Wendys w/ bbq sauce

7. Lays Potato Chips(Barbecue or orginal)

8. Fried Chicken from Wal-Mart(some of yall know what im talkin bout ;))

9. Fig Bars(Original Recipe)

Man, I hate being this weight. Working at Burger King didn't help my weight at all!..LOL.. I quit though. I need to get to a strict diet plan. I need to loose this weight. Im in 38 jeans now. I want to be in like 34's. I can still wear XL Shirts still though. :-\ :D

I remembered this thread...I thought I would post my process..I already lost 80 pounds.....I started out at 290 in June....right now I weigh 210......I got 20 more pounds to loose to weigh 190....i'm 6'2 feet tall...man it's hard to loose the weight....especially during the holidays...
