Traditional Movements in Ab

Hey I liked those movements Rev.  The last one was a little fast---can you break that one down?  and Where would you use it in a song?  This is GREAT!!!! SOMETHING THAT I CAN GRASP AND USE NOW!!!!  I love it--keep em coming!
