C#5 - B5 - A5 <---- Chord progression

x   x   x   x   x   x   x   <-----  high E
x   x   x   x   x   x   x
6   4   2   x   x   x   x
6   4   2   x   x   x   x
4   2   0   x   0   2   4
x   x   x   x   x   x   x  <-----   Low E

Their are 3 chords that are indicated and their are 7 "verticle columns." How do I interpret and transfer this to guitar? I think I understand the "2nd string 4th fret" concept but the amount of columns is confusing. Are the last three columns just single notes or an indicator to replay the 1st three columns?
