I guess it depends on everyone's situation...
To some markets, 64k is alot of money, in other places, 64k ain't George and Weezy money
I personally would even consider a pay cut, to be able to play full time. I would probably do some consulting work on the side, but all the scenarios would have to be right.
1.) Personal growth in the ministry
2.) Quality of living in the city (in that tax bracket) If it were in NY or LA, they would probably have to (Triple my Salary
)
3.) Time constraints
4.) No travel/Family time is too important.
