I.....I realize that everything may not always go perfect and as a paying customer you want things to completely right. I am a construction engineer and work for a engineering firm that builds projects up to $1 billion dollars. Our clients pick at the littlest things but then again they are paying for the product along with customer service....
reminds me of something an Engineering Mechanics professor once said to one of my classmates who was trying to get partial credit for a problem on a test. He had set the problem up correctly but screwed up the basic algebra.
STUDENT: Dr. Ho, it's obvious I know how to do this type of problem. I mixed up one number and it threw off the math. I should at least get partial credit
DR HO: Look at it like this. You graduate from here. Go work for big fancy engineering firm. You hotshot bridge designer. One day, one of your bridges fall down. Hundreds of people die. Turns out you made tiny math mistake. You want partial credit?
Sorry for the hijack, but I've ALWAYS found that exchange to be HILARIOUS
Back on topic.....I'm only through Chapter 6. Will check 7 tonight.
