Right now I'm leaning towards Radio Shack and getting a $215 keyboard or going to music store to see about prices.

Also Best Buy to get digital video camera. Might try Walmart as well.

I don't think many of us this year are in the position to go shopping for more than the basics...and I do want to avoid the Black Friday traffic and crowds.

if I do buy anything extra, it will be later in the season (or even after Christmas) when I have money and the prices have dropped...

My list may include some all or none.

Desktop or Laptop with 4gb ram 64bit. Really need something fast on the desktop side. Nothing over $500.
Camcorder that records HD prefer one with a mic input. I may get a Canon. Thought about the $200 laptop at Walmart but ain't trying to get in a line right now in the cold. I may end up settling for a cheap camcorder.

This is absolutely insane! Got here at Best Buy at 3:40 and people lined up to the back. Target right near has very long line!

My wife got up at 4 something this morning and what she wanted was all gone by the time she got there. You gotta have yo stuff together on this day.  Only the most determined will get the dealz.

I just got home with my goodies. I couldn't decide for a while. Ive been at bestbuy and walmart most of the day. I ended up getting a camcorder and a computer system. Normally I wouldnt buy an emachines but this deal seemed too good to pass up. Even if the machine is not all that its still worth it for the ram, processor and case.

Those emachines really aren't bad at all (depending on what you're using them for, I guess). I bought one for my nephew a few years ago because I thought he was too young to have a "real" computer... mannnn, his outlasted my Dell and his mom's HP.  He doesn't do any heavy stuff on it like you guys probably would... no music stuff or arts stuff... just regular stuff like homework, internet surfing, downloading music, games, etc. He also builds and maintains websites.

I think I paid like $200 for it back in 2000. It still works today (I think he just gave it to my niece, his 4 y/o sister) so she can play her Dora the Explorer games without interruption.

Well, I found a smoking hot Jacket for $90 off and a M-Audio fast track. Erase the fact that Auburn loss the biggest game of the year, and I'd say it was a pretty nice BF.

I went to the city on saturday and didnt plan shopping, but came home with a $10 sweater from old navy.
