Looking For Song Lyrics

Hi LGM Family,

I'm looking for lyrics to a song.  I don't know the correct name or the artist.  Some of the words are "Lord I love you, yes I love you, how I love you, I really love you".  Can anybody help me?

Omg, do u perhaps know a bit more than that, cuz it's quite many songs that have that line.
Is it a fast or slow song?  Solo, choir?

It's a slow tempo.  I have never a recording of the song so I don't know if it is a man or woman singing.  My choir director sang it for me and I was able to pick it up for the most part, but I would like to hear the actual recording.  Some more of the words are "just for who you are in all of your glory, my heart sing holy, holy,  you are everything I need you to be, you are the great I am."

I am looking for the artist of this song. Here are some of the lyrics.
