I was just wondering if some one could help me to get my foot faster. My hands are pretty quick, but my foot needs help. What do yall do? Let me know.

I would practice using my foot in combination with your hands. You can use simple rudiments split between your foot and a hand. Single strokes rolls, double stroke rolls, and paradiddles all can help. Your foot is much faster in combination with other limbs than it is by itself. You can use a metronome to keep progress to chart your progress.

Tighten the suspension on your spring as tight as you can get it. Put a pillow against the wall and practice 16th note with a metronome.  Also try the foot and heel combination technique, the Moeller technique of the foot.  Check out John Blackwell's DVD and JoJo Meyer on Modern Drummer Festival 200?
