The doors of Oneida Correctional Facility in upstate New York swung open early Monday morning and Plaxico Burress, former wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants, walked out of prison. Burress pleaded guilty to one count of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in August 2009 after accidentally shooting himself in the leg in a nightclub the previous November. Just one season earlier, Burress was the toast of New York, catching the winning touchdown in the Giants’ 17-14 upset victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII.

Great!! Now I wonder who's going to sign him. No the real question is, when will this whole lockout saga be over?
i'm sure its going to start getting hot and heavy on the football scene now that basketball is over ( lol assuming the heat win again tonight).
well the heat lost ... so it didn't get hot and heavy lolAnywayT.O. had surgery on his ACL... and in Dec. he turns 38 ...
It was nice knowing you, T.O.
I was having a discussion with some friends, and this topic came up: Would T.O. be a 1st ballot HOF?If you judge him solely on his number...w/o a doubt he would a 1st ballot HOF, IMO!!!
yeah he would Sadly I think the HOF is starting to become water downed ... there are just so many great players ... espeically when you start considering the decades that go by Maybe they should limit the HOF to 10 people ... and in order to get in you have to be better than one of those ... well for football it could be 55 people ...
