Song Selection for Palm Sunday Musical
« on: February 24, 2010, 10:35:12 AM »
Good Morning All!!!!

I am preparing for my Annual Palm Sunday Musical/Workshop.  I am trying to decide on an opening song.  We will be "marching" in on Undignified by Stephen Hurd....but after the welcome and all of the other beginning stuff...I can't decide on a beginning song.  I've been thinking about Souled Out and Back to Eden....my first thought was My Rock by Earnest Pugh....but nothing is sticking to me.

I have made my other selections and I'm concrete on those decisions but this one has me boggled....HELP PLEASE....I need to get my final decisions out to my musicians

The first half of the program will be

INTRO...(march in  w/praise dancers)  Undignified by Stephen Hurd
welcome...etc
?/?_____________ The song I need help deciding on
I Surrender All by Andrae Crouch
Matthew 28 Donald Lawrence
Justified Smokie Norful

The question I have is, what does that song have to do with Palm Sunday?
