Ok I know you guys need encouraging in this field. It's bad on hiring all around the USA it seems in the black churches lately : places want the best for less, want professional "heavy hitters" to play for peanuts almost, and aren't giving raises for whatever reasons they think of. Just know the God is sitll in control of everything, and especially in HIS house. THese places just want to see who can 'out'think' who in this business, and looking for that person that will run all over town with them on outside engagements for a little bit of money, whether you're playing for them or the M O M of the church. Know that I feel your pain, and I'll be praying earnestly for progress, more blessings, greatness, and the like. Stay strong, stay the course. God's not thru with you yet
