This song is much simpler than you're making it.

Look at the chord structure and not the individual notes and you'll realize it's a constant pattern through the whole song.

Using the numbers the chords are: (hope you know the number system)

Woke up - 1
Beating - 4
Time - 1
Treehouse - 4
few - 3
away - 6
robin - 2
song - 5

I don't know - 1
pretty soon - 4
way - 6
say - 4
Grea - 3
eat - 5
ful - 6
thank you -2
another - 5
day - 1

praise his name - 4
praise his name - 1
praise his name - 3 to 6
robin - 4
say - 3
thank you - 2
do it - 5
too - 1

same chord structure repeats the entire song. As for the bass line, once you get that 5-6-1-1-5-1 little roll, that is a constant depending on which chord you are on.

I made it as simple as I could.

Yes it's in Eb. But the reason I gave to numbers were so you could easily transpose to whatever key you wanted.

And yes, the bassline you wrote was mostly correct.
Remember the most important thing is the feel and that rocking rhythm. Just get comfortable and get in the groove of the song
