What I have figured out so far is that it is in the key of Db.
The intro goes something like this

Gb/Gb
Ab/Ab
F/Db
Bb/Bbm
repeat

then from there it does a Db scale starting on the F
till you get to the first chord Db.
Let me know if I am hearing this right
