A friend just sent me this in an e-mail. Thought it might be of use to someone else. According to the e-mail, it was Charles Stanley's personal list and he shared it.
1. When we become more aware of our sinfulness and our weakness which causes us to totally depend on god
2. When our response to sin is repentance.
3. When our spiritual battles are more fierce but we are still joyous
4. When we see trials and temptations as opportunities for growth
5. When we view service to god as a high honor
6. When we view everything that comes our way as coming from god- Romans 8:28
7. When we sense that our faith is growing stronger and things don't ruffle us like it use to
8. When we desire to spend more time in prayer and worship
9. When our desire to obey him grows more intense
10. When we are eager to tell others about what Christ is doing in our life
11. When we have an increased awareness of his presence with us
12. When we put importance on our time in the word of god
13. When our desire for a relationship with god is greater than any other relationship
