Drum Shield Question

Is this a decent price for a drum shield?


The seller is asking for $185 on craigslist.

Overall size of 8' x 4' of sound protection with four panels, each 4' high x 2' wide. Both end shield panels are made from 1/4"-thick acrylic to make sure the drum shield stabilizes when in use, with center panels made from 3/16"-thick acrylic to keep the shield as light as possible for carrying around. Includes four flexible durable hinges.
Panels are made from first-grade acrylic material. All panels have rounded corners for safety and all edges are round-routed to make sure they are not sharp and safe when assembling and transporting. Each panel has a convenient notch cutout at the bottom for your easy cable access, giving you flexibility on your setup.

* Four panels each 4' high x 2' wide, outer two panels are 1/4"-thick, inner two panels are 3/16"-thick
