Genz Benz sales @ TB classifieds

Shuttle 9.0 $575 500W@8ohms 900W@4ohms 4.5 lbs .. A great head. I sold my 6.0 for one of these for the added headroom.

Streamliner 900 $615 Same specs as the 9.0 .. but this has a 6 stage 3 tube preamp.. as opposed to the shuttles which have only one. I'd love to get one of these if for no other reason  than to try it out and sell it if I don't like it but I just don't have the floating cash.

i don't understand what does 3 stage mean?

Is there an advantage to it?

Instead of one preamp it has 3 .. it allows for more flexibility and offers more of an old school (Sunn, Ampeg SVT etc) tube amp sound.. out of a 4.5lb package.
