Dave Ramsey all day (finance, Christian)
A paid one Im about to buy is Marriage Today's 21 Day Inner Healing Journey
Another in the Dave Ramsey camp is True Stewardship (Christian finance)
An old recorded podcast that I like just to have in my collection is Andrew Wommack's, You've Already Got it (available free on his site)

I listen to 'Daily Hope with Rick Warren' almost everyday.  Great daily devtional.
