I put this is standard chord charts so its chord/bass. If its one note its a chord with the same bass. I also separated single notes with commas and parentheses.

Back when I was in the youth choir and my cousin was the Minister of Music.....She thought use a slower version of this song. The verse went, "I don't know why Jesus suffered, bleed and died for you and I, but because he did it, we have eternal life. Does anyone know what I'm talking about.

It is broken down at a basic level. As far as the notes, chord posters need to do some work at getting better. Plus any other instrument can use these chords without confusion. If a person can learn each individual note name they should learn the basic chords and look them up online. Im going to see if we can get the echord book back.

Just so you know this is in standard sheet music chord chart format which is chord / bass and not LH /RH.
