I'm building one, by July this will be my setup:

Musical Equipment:

Korg CX3 (with full midi pedals)
Kurzweil KME-61 (with 13-note pedals)
Kurzweil Mark 1 Digital Piano
Peavey Grind 5-string Bass
??? 5-string Bass
Mutt 4-string Bass
Mutt Lead Guitar

Recording Equipment and Monitors:

Roland VS 2400CD
(Beringher?) 10 Channel mixer
Various Mics
Motion Sound Pro 3 Leslie Simulator
(Peavey?) Monitors
Peavey Basic 120 Bass Amp

I already have everything except the recording equipment and the second 5-string bass. Also, right now, my room has a big echo, so I have to get some sound absorbsion material. I hear that it's pretty cheap here in Korea. My studio will double as a practice room and not just a home studio.
