Could anyone tell me how did this guy get to play so fast like george benson on the guitar. For it lets me know that it can be done.

Practice. Metronome. Time. Starting slow and working his way up. Focused practice. Maybe starting young.

All of the above.

George Benson isn't the only one who can play really fast. Michael Angelo Batio is a pretty fast guitar play, too.
