Scale ideas?

Anyone know any scale ideas to practice?

Yes, practice all of them.

Honestly, if you want to play jazz then you need to learn diatonics, pentatonics, all the modes, harmonic minor, melodic minor, augmented, diminished, etc...and learn them in every key and all over the fretboard.
Hours per day, with a metronome, practice them linearly, alternating, in 3rds, 4ths, 5ths and 6ths, in octaves, 3 notes per string, 4 notes per string, single string, box patterns/positions and so on...

Less typing, more practicing.  ;D
Music theory is not always music reality.
