PLEASE! can you HELP ME play our welcome song? (BY SUNDAY 10/14/12)

our keyboard player won't be here this Sunday & she wrote the welcome song.

I got a member of the praise team to sing a quick minute of it for me so that I can practice to it.

any assistance rendered would be greatly appreciated.

& it's repetitive so I'm sure for the pro's this would be easy! but I just can't get it & don't have much time to try and figure it out because i'm also practicing praise/worship songs

It's in C# so based on the lady singing it I'd mostly play the following chords:

C#major, Bb/Abmajor, Ebminor7, Ab/F#major, F#major, Fminor7, Bb/Abmajor, Ebminor7, Ab/F#major, F#major.....and keep pattern going until the end (end with C#major). That may work.
