What is the typical life span on a Leslie?
This morning during service the Leslie turned off and will not come on. A couple of Sundays ago it was making a weird noise and then it stopped.

Ours does that all the time but its a short somewhere. Have you looked in the back to see if the fuses have blown? be careful though.
Vision without action is just day dreaming. I miss practicing.

The life span is FOREVER.  You just need a tech that knows what he is doing.

I agree. It could be the fuse. The Leslie at my church cut off after offering and when I went to play it again during service, nothing came out. LOL I looked over and saw the horns spinning and I knew the fuse had blown.
