What's that chord?

Hi guys. I was just listening to the soul seekers music. And Im trying to figure out this chord that the guitar is playing at 0:09. Any ideas?

The chord is a G11 w/ a hammer-on from the D note to E note on the high E string. It's played by barring your first finger across all the frets at the 10th fret, from the A string to the high E, then hammer-on the E note w/ your third finger.
