Cushion Bench

Hello,

I notice that some organ benches have cushions (like http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NDgwWDY0MA==/z/TtAAAOSwk5FUr1M3/$_1.JPG). How does one go about getting a cushion embedded in an organ bench?
