HOW TO PLAY ON ALL THE FRET WHEN PLAYING

PLS AM A BEGINNER OF BASS GUITAR,ICAN RUN SCALE VERY FAST,I CAN PLAY POPULAR BASS LINE,BUT MY PROBLEM IS HOW TO PLAY ALL ROUND THE FRET.PLZ HELP ME AND GV ME CLUES TO THAT.

one thing you can do is learn bass licks and runs that incorporate moving up and down the fretboard. Also you can take those same popular bass lines and move them up an octave or two

Learn where every note is on the fretboard at every location and try to play them as quarter notes one note at a time.. Start with E if on a 4 string .. and B if on a 5.. If you have a metronome start at 60 BPM .. and do that for a bit .. then kick it up to 70 BPM... and keep increasing it ... Every note at every spot on the board..  It will help you to remember who is where.. and also play your scales at various spots starting at where the root notes are ... That will help.

What Savn said, but also it helped me to say the notes out loud when I played them(when I was trying to remember them).  Even when playing scales.  That helped me to remember a little better personally.
