Men were men and women were women and all was good in the hood. So in the interest of "progress", men (of a certain persuasion) will one day have the option of literally being a woman (that is a man with a womb) thanks (ugh) to advances in transplant surgery. Yup...it will one day be medically possible for persons who were born biologically male to conceive and deliver a child if they so desire.
I recall a conversation way back in middle school when the question somehow came up as to weather something like this would even be possible and one of my classmate's reply was "who would even want this to work". Ahh the wisdom of 20th Century 7th graders:
