posture/ spoiled

I'm looking for a few tips. I've seen drummers out there who sound pretty good but don't "look" good. I want to know how to maintain good balance/posture... even when I get happy (shout music, etc)

also... does anybody out there get "spoiled" sometimes? I mean sometimes when I practice at home every hit, fill, roll, is tight... but on other sets I feel awkward, even when my settings are the same.

HELP!!!!

God Bless

Dude I couldn't have said that any better. I feel the same way. On my set at home I feel really comfortable, but when I play on other sets, especially on a platform, I feel like a retard or something. I think it's nerves. My hands get all figity, especially my hihat hand. Does anyone have any advice on getting over nerves.
My goal as a musician is to be better than myself.
