A Custom, Fast Crash
« on: April 21, 2005, 01:09:50 AM »
What's up again...

What does everyone do if they have a cymbal that cracked a little on the outter edge.  Does anyone drill a hole in the end of the crack so it doesn't progress?  If so, is it still worth keeping when this has to be done?

Thanks and God bless

If I were you, I wouldn't drill a hole in it man.  I would check with Zildjian and see what they can do for you. I've heard of dudes shipping their cracked cymbals to Zildjian and having them fixed or Zildjian Replacing them or having the cymbal brought down to the next size.  For example: if it was a 16" they can make it a 15".  Email Zildjian and see what they can do for you bro.  They're a good company and their Customer Service is excellent from what I've heard.
