Casio WK-3000 has sweet drawbar sounds AND you can monkey with the settings and switch the rotary speed slow and fast

If you got the money... the Korg Pa1x has a sweet drawbar feature and you switch the rotary speed with the pitch modulation stick

The yamaha motif es7 has drawbar settings rotary settings and more but if you are ona budget you might wanna consider a casio wk-3500 which has organ settngs. On the casio it also has parameters that you can use to make up and download your own sounds.

I agree with all that said the Casio wk-3500.  I have one and really like the drawbar section.

Dooley, I can fully understand what you are saying.  All I can tell you, is that CASIO has come a Loooooooong way.  The workstation boards have sweet piano sounds and the drawbar sounds are way better than you'd expect.  The CTK-691, WK-3000, and WK-3500 are all basicly the same board.  the 691 is the 61 key version of the 3000, the 3500 is basicly a 3000 with a smart media slot and posibly a few more features.  Our assistant pastor just bought the Radio Shack M-1800 or something like that.  It a CASIO WK-3500 in a radio shack package.  It's a sweet 76 key board.  For less than $300 you can't beat any of those CASIO boards.  I payed only $130 for my CTK-691.  I think they all have a better sounding piano and ep than the yamaha portable grand series.

Another good high end keyboard that blows most keyboards away in the organ department is the nord electro 2. It has the best sounding b3 I have ever heard and the keys feel just like organ keys with just the right amount of resistance. It has electornic draw bars(a set of lights). Check it out here:

You can also listen to this clip of it in action. It's really good for traveling and studio settings when you dont want to move around a leslie and stuff.

The Roland VK-8 or nord Electro 2 are the way to go. I own a Roland VK-8M which basically is the module version of the VK-8 and I love it. Weighs about 5 pounds, sits right on top of my Casio WK-3500. I just wasn't impressed with the Casio organs at all. The VK-8M did it for me though!!

If you're thinking of going nord, it might be better to wait for the nord Stage to come out. I had heard somewhere they were possible coming out with a 76 key version after the 88-key version is released, which should be in a couple of months or so.

here's another shout out for the Nord Electro, don't buy anything until you check this one out.  It's small and it has everything you want.
Thanks for letting me hang with you guys!
