Hey guys my boy PK: aka The Preacher's Kid, has more clips of his album. we taped on The Word network in San Antonio a couple of weeks ago..it was pretty cool..i kick for all the live shows...so far so good..keep a brotha in prayer. But check the clips out at www.realplatinumrecords.com and look for the preachers kid....the first single is already out..."Better Man" and is blazin radio...we are #1 on XM satellite (Spirit)..and we got added to Bobby Jones's radio countdown last week...plus its in rotation on over 500 stations in the US.....so again keep a brotha in prayer, i hear the road can be rough...this is my first "real" gig...i still got a lot to learn..i am really blessed that PK see's potential in me to be great...NE ways holla back and tell me what you think of the clips and spare no feelings!

naw...I'm not on the album...i just kick for the live shows ..esp the ones that are close enough to drive to....my boys suppose to get me a CD recordin of our rehersal..and DVD of a youth rally concert we did a while back... so maybe i will get to post it.  If ya got the Word Network channel we will be airing in 2 weeks on there.... and i kicked on that show.

i pretty much just lock the groove.. i aint really a flashy drummer yet....i am mainly pocket..which i guess aint a bad thing cuz its gotten me a lot of gigs(local stuff).... i often hear from (piano/keyboardist) that i compliment the music, by not being "too busy" and lockin the pocket down...but hopefully i will learn how to post music so yu can check it out pimpn...

sho' ya right....Jfunky the groove will take yu far....i think sometimes we get caught up in the hype of trying to sound like somebody...or thinking we got to have mad chops in order to be a hot drummer in the eyes of other drummers/musicians, i cant lie cuz i have been guilty myself...but now its all about Gods glorifaication..and makin sure he gets the glory..and Him only...and i notice when i do play like that i am more creative on the kit and i can pull out some tricks to go along with a solid groove...i know this sounds like its comin out of left field....but i guess someone needed to hear it. (lead by the spirit ..lol)
