No problem! A twelve string is really simple to play, you play it like a six string guitar. You need to push down on two strings instead of one because they are so close together. Electronic tuners are a big plus when tuning them, you tune them just like a six string too.The smaller size strings are actually an octave higher than a regular strings, but with a electronic tuner, they're all the same and it's done automaticly. To get chords,I would find a Mel Bel or a Hal Leonard book for beginners, and a gospel songbook for easy guitar, learn four chords,G,C,Dand E minor, get a capo to raise the pitch of songs and keys and you're off playing in no time!
