what tips should drummers practice to aquire a fast foot 8)
should you lift your foot slightly of the pedal & move it back n forth fast?
Or maybe twist your ankle(not drastic though) side to side while lifting of the pedal?
or learn to catch the pedal on the return fast!
 Or dont try to doit at all :P  LOL
All in fun...JUs CuRiouS whaT yAlL tHiNk!

Okay, this is simple.  Buy the new Thomal Lang DVD and see if anyone has John Blackwell's DVD so you can see how he does it.

Practice BOTH heel up and down.  Everything you do with your hands, do with your feet and you'll see how things work. 8)

what i do is when i practice i take my shoe of. there my foot builds up strength so come playtime with my shoes on its alot easier and last since i have the powerglide i put the head all the way do to make it hard. or you could practice with the air or use a pillow instead of the bass. just like wit sticks.
