Personalized Instruction Tapes

I know there are plenty of people on this site that sell their own videos. Can I get you guys to post links to your websites again?

I have a learned a lot from this website. I'm actually not looking for videos that teach a particular song. I prefer videos about the theory.

But, even you offer those services, I'd like a link to your site. I like to know the "Why you did it?" I think that's what I always liked about Jermaine's resources. If you could stand the theory, you'd get plenty of it.

I practice my scales -- samsmuzikco.com stresses this. And, I think my left hand is finally beginning to appreciate it a bit better.

I'm most comfortable in the key of F. It's not that I can't transpose, I'm just lazy. Although I play every day, I almost have to fight myself to consistently play in a different key. On a bad day, I'll simply take it to F and I know that's not helping me.

At the moment, I can read music - slowly. But, I can hear a song, pick out a melody and harmonize it. I know how to form various chords, major, minor, diminished, augmented, M7, m7, dom7, etc.

Hey, I haven't progressed passed the four note chords though. Anything else is totally out of my league at the moment.

My problem is that when I chord a song, although everyone knows the song, and I'm appreciative for that, the songs can sound kind of boring. At least for me, they can.

I think that its the way I get from chord to another chord that is causing the problem. But, I don't know what resources I should look for to help me.
