which is better, p&w or choir music?
« on: December 11, 2005, 02:28:16 PM »
Hey yall.  I am 14 years and I am in my highschool gospel choir.  I just wanted to know what yall think is better.  When I say praise and worship I mean like the new Fred Hammond.  When I say choir music, I mean Hezekiah Walker, Donald Lawrence, Ricky Dillard and so on.  I'm a personal fan of choir music.  I like that old Kirk Franklin. I like Hezekiah, and I love John P. Kee.  Oh yea, I can't forget Olanda Draper.  Praise and Worship is cool but theres nothin like some old choir music.

Trust me on this... If you want to develop your playing listen to old music.. I'm talking about Timothy Wright, Thomas Whitfield and of course.... Rev. Milton Brunson. Music was hot, bass lines were heavy. Get that stuff down then move on to Hezie and other material. The next step is James Hall Material. That will be fun.
