NAKIA'S DEBUT IN MEMPHIS!

Guess who one of my fabulous guests soloists will be for the all-original concert this Saturday night?

LGM'S VERY OWN NAKIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm looking forward to hear all this fabulous singing that I have heard so much about.  AND I'm looking forward to jumping a couple of tall pews in a single bound!

Too bad y'all can't be here.

NAKIA..............my cell phone battery DIED COMPLETELY last night so you can only get me through voice mail.  I need to know exactly what part of the world you're from so I can list it correctly on the program.  I also need to know if you still plan on using a track or if Marvin has agreed to play for you.  I know I'm supposed to be picking you up at the airport Friday, but I'm not sure what time!  The last rehearsal with the choir and full band is Friday night at 8:00 p. m., so I PRAY your flight gets in before 8.

Either way, leave me a voice message or send me a PM and let me know the details.  By the way, I got your message after the play and almost cried....but I'm a real man and you know "we don't do that too quickly" but it was sweet.  Thanks a lot!

this is gonna be off the hook!!!!!  Wow I never would have thought LGM members gettin together for somthing big...this is soo cool...... i hope Herman puts some clips on here so we can hear her....

All I can Say is WOW!!!!! :o :o

I LOVE you guys....

I will be singing to a track because I didn't get a chance to practice with Marvin... and the majority of the songs I sing require a Choir to back me up...

Although the track will limit me in what I would like to do... Imma still tear it up ;)....

As much as I'm excited, Nakia Remember your not doing this in your own strength or power, but its the Lords.  WHenever we sing, or play etc....remember its to the glory and honor of God.....
You know we have to remember, even though we can sang, and we believe we can "tear it up" we are yet ministering...just dont forget that.......

Now y'all know your boy!  This is an all-original concert, so no video taping is allowed (because none of my stuff has been recorded, etc.)

Leave the camcorder at home Darryl and just be there.  It will be nice to have you in the house since you didn't come last time.  I just hope that the songs can minister and really reach people.  That's my major concern right now.

But the phone calls and all the hype I've been getting are starting to make me VERY nervous (which is why I'm not sleep now)!

Look, we're gonna make sure that ALL of you get a taste of this concert. We're bringing camcorders (analong/digital), tape recorders, minute books, recording secretaries, digital voice recorders, log books.... anything that we can use to etch this LGM moment down in history whether good, bad, or.... (well you know how we get when we really sangin!!!)  :D
