This is a great site, but as a beginner, it is way over my head. I struggle with some forums but I keep pushing along.
I read something that might be helpful for beginners that I'd like to share.
Easy way to find chords:
Every note on the piano (black and white included) is equal to a half step.

Chord Flavor    Number     Distance between     Example using
