This is a finger strength device I would advice it to anyone I was playing on the organ tonight and its was so easy to play. I have not been practicing as much because I have been on the site LOL but I have been exercising with this machine for the last week or so at work and while driving. You probably should not try it driving.  :) This is what it looks like.

I got mine from walmart but I know you can get it from sports goods stores. I have the red medium tension. I may get the next one up soon. I will tell you all my progress in the next few months. But I was amazed at my finger speed. I recovered some that I lost years ago from not practicing.

I got it along time ago from walmart I think it was under $10. Its plastic. But I have seen it in a music store for over $20 thats crazy. I saw the retail price as $14.95. Here a list of retailers.
